| CULTURAL TOURISM SERVICES
- Cultural Tourism - ICES is starting
cultural tourism services in Mongolia in the summer of 2004 with
9 different itineraries. It will be the first cultural tourism
program in Mongolia. This project is under development and we
are seeking partners and supporters. (Please, contact us for more

- Visitors Information Center -
ICES developed a project to establish a Visitors Information and
Service Center in the very center of Ulaanbaatar. This center
will provide different services (information, tours, internet,
booking, postal, contacts, currency exchange, interpreters and
guides) for foreign visitors, tourists, tour agencies and operators
in Mongolia and abroad. The main aim of the project is to establish
an information database and network to support an effective partnership
approach between key stakeholders - the government and NGOs, the
private sector, local communities and foreign tour organizations.
ICES is welcoming funders, supporters and partners for this project.

PRODUCTION SERVICES
Realizing the importance of public relations in
the international promotion of Mongolian arts and culture, ICES
has established a production studio. The primary goal of this
professional studio is to develop and design high level introductory
and promotional materials about Mongolian and international artists
and cultural institutions and their performances and products.
- Hosting Film and TV projects
- ICES occasionally hosts Film and TV projects from different
countries such as feature and documentary films, TV news, information
and special programs. Our staff has most experienced fixers, producers
and interpreters in this field.
- Graphic design and printing for
promotional materials including: name cards, letterhead and stationery,
catalogues, posters, postcards, calendars, brochures, flyers,
leaflets, digital photos, CD covers and banners for individuals
and organizations, art exhibitions, events, concerts, performances,
tours, and music productions.
- Set designing, dressing and installation
for special events such as press conferences, anniversary celebrations,
receptions and luncheons.
- Website designing - ICES established
"Netdesign" website designing group, that develops and
designs different type of websites for arts and cultural organizations
and individuals.
- PR services - ICES promotes arts
and cultural organizations, individuals, events and performances
through all our information distribution channels as email and
fax lists, websites, mass media and production services.
OTHER SERVICES
ICES offers variety of services that we initiated
and provided for over 5 years.
- "Library services" After full
transfer of our library to Arts Council of Mongolia in
January 2003, ICES is re-establishing its public library from
different sources, such as the "Book for Asia" Program
of The Asia Foundation. We are soliciting requests for funding
and in-kind donations over the internet and outreach forms. Even
though this program is under establishment, you can still find
some interesting rare books on our shelves.
- "Internet services"
- ICES is planning to provide an Internet service for local and
visiting artists (individual access and website hosting) in its
office in 2004. We are looking for funders and supporters to update
our public computers.
- "Information services"
- We provide information collecting, distributing, contacting
and mediating services. ICES has links with several international
and regional Internet arts and cultural networks and a contact
database of Mongolian and international arts and cultural organizations
and individuals.
- "Hosting meetings and events"
- ICES organizes and hosts different meetings and discussions
among local and international arts and cultural organizations
and individuals. We will assist international projects with contacts,
advices, office facilities and assistance. ICES also organizes
and hosts occasional events as seminars, workshops, small scale
concerts, receptions and ceremonies, re-unions, audio and video
presentations.
- "Fine Art Digital Fund"-
Presently ICES has over 750 digital images of paintings by Mongolian
artists with their related information. The Fine Art Digital Fund
will serve as an archive and information resource for Mongolian
contemporary art. ICES is developing a proposal to restart this
program in 2004. We are looking for funders to update our equipment
for this project.
- "Arts Club" - ICES
planning to start a club activities to provide opportunities for
arts and cultural organizations and individuals to promote their
plans and activities, create new connections, cooperation and
partnerships, organize brain storming and debates. ICES office
will host Club events which will feature music, entertainment,
fun and more. Monthly activities commence in the autumn of 2003.
- "Mini exhibitions"
- ICES hosts and organizes mini art exhibitions in our facility.
These monthly exhibitions feature the work of local Mongolian
artists and international artists from different countries. It
is an excellent opportunity for artists to display and promote
their work through mass media to the public.
